We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to spearhead the launch of a new luxury wellness project.

This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of the entire marketing journey, from building brand presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

You will work closely with our founder to shape the strategy, create systems, and drive results that bring this vision to life.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury wellness project.
  • Generate qualified leads from international markets using online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Create and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Design a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Support the launch of a new website, including showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Implement a structured funnel and lead qualification system to filter serious investors.
  • Prepare weekly reports on performance across social media and all campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong background in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Ability to independently create and manage campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive sales. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build the marketing foundation from scratch.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative eye for branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
