Project Manager & Agile Strategist

This role will serve as a key contributor to our product and engineering teams, driving alignment and execution across the organization. You'll facilitate fast-paced delivery in agile environments and foster continuous improvement through refining processes and team rituals.


About the Role

You'll be responsible for running daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews for our website and product teams. You'll also own backlog grooming and sprint tracking, monitoring velocity and timelines while identifying and resolving blockers in real-time.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) across multiple teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring visibility and accountability for all stakeholders
  • Collaborate with department leads to scope projects, set timelines, assign responsibilities, and define success metrics
  • Foster open communication, facilitating cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution
  • Maintain high-quality execution by championing a culture of clarity, accountability, and efficiency

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Program Manager
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies
  • Proven track record of managing technical and non-technical projects in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in ClickUp and Slack as daily operating tools
