As a Talent Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing and qualifying top-tier candidates for embedded teams and client partners.

This role involves crafting smart sourcing strategies, writing compelling job ads, proactively hunting down hidden gems, and ensuring every search is tailored, focused, and aligned with what great looks like.

You will use tech-enabled search techniques, strategic sourcing methods, and deep candidate engagement skills to build high-quality shortlists and deliver against hiring Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives on results and loves connecting people with opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Sourcing Talent: You have already cut your teeth in the world of recruitment and understand how to deliver in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Screening & Qualifying: You know how to qualify candidates with depth and insight, assess both technical fit and cultural alignment, tell compelling stories, handle objections, and deliver high-impact shortlists.
  • Driving Delivery Excellence: You maintain clean, accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and trackers, stay on top of your pipeline, prioritize tasks to smash deadlines and exceed SLA expectations, champion world-class experiences, and share real-time market and talent trends to drive smarter hiring decisions.
  • Recruitment Know-How: You are proficient in navigating sourcing tools and online search to uncover hidden gems.
  • Candidate Experience Champion: You create memorable, human-first experiences that candidates remember for all the right reasons.
