Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a technical expert in hardware repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, assessing reported technical problems, and determining proper solutions to equipment brought for report. They will also manage on-site installation and maintenance to avoid machine breakdown or malfunction, repair broken, damaged or failed devices, and assist the Service Reception in checking consumables, receiving units, and other accessories attached on unit.

Additionally, the successful candidate will work closely with the Service Team to resolve reported technical issues of machines and perform other functions assigned from time to time.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Engineering Technology and be technically equipped in hardware repairs and service technical equipment. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
