Job Description

As a key member of our team at DrKumo, the Virtual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior staff. This includes managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex schedules for senior staff
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
• Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including supplies inventory and equipment maintenance
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in a virtual administrative assistant role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
• Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
