Supply Chain Strategist

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Strategist to spearhead our supply planning efforts, driving workforce allocation and capacity management across multiple programs/accounts.
This role ensures the right number of resources are assigned at the right time to meet operational demands, factoring in planned and unplanned absenteeism, productivity trends, and forecasted requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead tracking and support of the allocation of work, auditing and administration of supply and physical capacity across complex operations.
- Monitor capacity utilization, identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Partner with Operations to understand staffing requirements and ensure optimal full-time equivalent (FTE) coverage.
- Track and record allocation of programs across footprint ensuring end-to-end system coordination.
- Provide timely responses to supply inquiries and proactively create opportunities for capacity creation.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's Degree preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in technology industry.
- 5+ years of people management experience, including managing leaders, and a strong desire to develop team members.
- Excited to be part of a global operations teams, design effective business operations, tackle complex problems, and develop individual team members.
- Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment.
