Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join our team, who will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team in responding to customer requirements, working with customers to determine possible solutions, writing business scenarios, and configuring D365 for various supply chain processes.

  • Support the Sales Team in responding to RFPs and customer questions.
  • Determine possible solutions to customer requirements and challenges.
  • Write business scenarios relevant to the customer based on information gathered during Discovery sessions.
  • Configure D365 for Order Management, Item Management, Inventory, Master Planning, and more.
  • Provide solution demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint and live system walkthroughs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance Operations and Dynamics AX2012R3.
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning.
  • Conversational skills in English.
