Overview

We're seeking a detail-driven professional to help us identify top candidates and streamline recruitment processes. This role involves screening resumes, managing candidate communication, and keeping recruitment records up-to-date in various tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via video conferencing platforms
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Update recruitment records in CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team collaboration platforms
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in email clients, collaboration platforms, and spreadsheet software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
