As a results-driven appointment setter, you will play a pivotal role in connecting us with healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare businesses
  • Engage decision-makers using personalized direct messages via various platforms
  • Qualify prospects using our established outreach framework
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring accurate records in CRM systems
  • Maintain accurate call logs and track metrics while meeting weekly appointment goals
  • Adapt scripts to handle objections and build trust during live conversations
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach
  • Proficiency in tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven individual
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations
