Project Leadership Role

The primary goal of this role is to oversee and manage projects from inception to completion. This involves ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project teams and tasks to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including team members, customers, and senior management.
  • Evaluate and document project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Solid knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification.
  • Agile experience and certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
