Job Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to management and line managers, as well as handling various HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management and line managers with daily administrative activities, including scheduling, record-keeping, and communication.
  • Maintain liaison with law enforcement agencies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as policies, procedures, and correspondence.
  • Follow up on labor compliance issues and resolve them in a timely and sustainable manner.
  • Provide employee counseling and grievance handling services as needed.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin, preferably in the telecom sector.
  • Familiarity with General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits/Attendance/Leave Management, Training & Development, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HRIS/HR Database Management, and Performance & Career Management is necessary.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent computer skills are required.
  • The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, ready to travel, and able to work efficiently with high-quality delivery.
  • Able to work a 24X7 recall roster and demonstrate hard work, smartness, and honesty.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from a reputable university.
  • Professional certifications in HR or related fields are an asset.
