BASIC FUNCTION

The job holder contributes to the growth and profitability of AVCHI and Affiliates by assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Section. This includes managing customer inquiries, complaints, after-sales concerns and ensuring smooth coordination with other departments. The Specialist ensures the implementation of customer service strategies, helping the team adhere to service standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • CRM System Administration and Data Accuracy
  • Customer Care Programs Support
  • Customer Service Metrics and Performance Tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Degree – any business related courses
  • Patient, customer-oriented, approachable, accommodating, flexible, team player

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
