  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the safety team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, including missed pickups, delayed deliveries, and damaged cargo.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise logistics coordinators to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of shipments.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance knowledge and skills of logistics staff.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in logistics supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software, including TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
