Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant to handle outbound calling and appointment setting for our clients.

This remote role requires excellent phone skills, strong communication abilities, and a good understanding of sales processes to effectively engage prospects and schedule qualified appointments.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients following provided scripts and guidelines
  2. Engage prospects confidently to introduce services and generate interest
  3. Qualify leads based on set criteria and schedule appointments for sales representatives
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointment schedules
  5. Follow up with leads as needed to maximize appointment conversions
  6. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize calling strategies and improve results
  7. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets

Requirements:
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Good overall communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and appointment setting techniques
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment

  1. Own pc or laptop with the following specs:
    • A modern Quad-Core CPU (AMD Ryzen 3 or Intel i3 equivalent)
    • 8GB of dedicated system memory
    • Antivirus software is up to date
    • Operating System is up to date (minimum: Windows 11/macOS 11.0)
