As a Virtual Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to private label Amazon sellers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Research: Conduct daily research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends.
  • Communication Management: Manage all communications with Amazon, focusing on refunds, disputes, and open cases.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance.
  • Supplier Partnerships: Handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers.
  • Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or higher education degree.
  • Preferably with experience in logistics and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with finance is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new processes.
