As a Virtual Assistant at SETR, you'll play a key role in helping us keep the business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing schedules, calendars, and task lists for the team
  • Assisting with client onboarding support and data entry
  • Maintaining records in CRM, Airtable, Slack, and Notion
  • Handling basic administrative tasks and coordinating with global team members
Requirements:
  • 2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or Operations Assistant
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Strong familiarity with productivity tools like Slack, Notion, Google Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail and work independently in a remote environment
