We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our sales operations as a Virtual Assistant. The role will focus on maintaining accurate records, ensuring CRM data hygiene, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate client information, call notes, and status updates.
  • Ensure data hygiene by cleaning and verifying lead/contact lists.
  • Prepare and issue invoices and coordinate with clients for billing-related queries.
  • Assist the Operations manager with reports, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
  • Support the sales team by managing follow-ups, reminders, and scheduling.
  • Help prepare sales scripts, templates, and call documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales-to-client handover.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Sales Admin, or in a support role (1–2 years minimum).
  • Strong skills in CRM systems and spreadsheets.
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot errors/inconsistencies in data.
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing and sales documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with sales environments or BPO/remote sales support.
  • Experience in data hygiene, lead management, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and invoicing software.
