Digital HR/SuccessFactors Specialist | 12 months contract (Junior-MidLevel)

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to users, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and developing user guides and project documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, providing timely and accurate information.
  2. Collaborate with SMEs to track, route, and redirect cases, escalating unresolved questions when necessary.
  3. Develop and maintain user guides, project documentation, and system configuration workbooks to ensure effective knowledge sharing.
  4. Assist in the planning and execution of organizational change management initiatives, promoting a positive employee experience.
  5. Perform other duties as required, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Data Analyst, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in HR, HRIS, HR Business analysis, or HR project management, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a related role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Experience with HR system certifications and prior experience as a super user of HR systems is desirable.
