The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing team, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a creative mindset, and strong leadership skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Successfully execute on Tribute's digital marketing strategy.
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure team success on both creative work and digital marketing campaigns, like Facebook and Google Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns' performance, making necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and increase customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and trends, applying this knowledge to our digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Ensure team member efficiency and productivity, and align with upper management to deliver all required work on deadline.
  • Manage multiple requests on a tight timeline and work with your team to prioritize the right tasks at the right time.
  • Use project management tools and skills to help the team run smoothly.
  • Create processes and procedures for your team that align with client needs and the marketing team's overall needs.
  • Help your team develop and grow for future success.
