We are seeking a skilled Global Payroll Specialist to independently manage complex international payroll processes across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process end-to-end payroll across US, UK, Malta, and Australia, including multi-state variations.
  • Handle all payroll-related tax filings, including jurisdiction-specific deductions and employer obligations.
  • Manage compensation structures, statutory contributions, and benefits processing per country.
  • Ensure full compliance with local employment and tax regulations.
  • Provide internal advisory support on payroll compliance and reporting.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in global payroll operations, with advanced knowledge of state-specific payroll taxation in the US.
  • Proven experience working across US, UK, Malta, and Australia payroll systems.
  • Deep familiarity with statutory requirements, employment law, and benefit systems.
  • Strong experience in using payroll systems and generating payroll reports.
