Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team. This role is designed for experienced professionals who can drive performance-focused creative direction and support our paid media clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms, as well as the ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction.

In this role, you will work closely with UGC creators, designers, and editors to bring creative ideas to life and ensure assets are optimized for each platform and aligned with performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct brand and industry research to fuel creative ideation and ensure relevance.
  • Translate insights into clear, inspiring creative briefs and strategic direction for designers and UGC creators.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Performance Business Unit, which helps brands show up in the right place, at the right time, to the right people, with data-driven campaigns.

You will be responsible for identifying winning ad concepts, analyzing creative performance data, and turning insights into actionable briefs and feedback.

In return, you will gain exposure to top international brands and agencies, and collaborate with other sharp minds across digital strategy, content, and analytics.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing (e.g. Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing).
  • A strong understanding of creative's role in driving performance across paid platforms.
  • Proven ability to analyze ad metrics and translate them into actionable creative direction.
  • Confidence in writing briefs, organizing timelines, and managing moving parts within a creative team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A blend of strategic thinking and creative instincts.
