About the Role

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for building and leading a high-impact marketing function. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring that campaigns, messaging, and brand presence directly contribute to business growth.

As the marketing lead, you will be the voice of the brand in the market, shaping its positioning while aligning closely with business development and product teams.

To drive awareness, demand, and customer loyalty, this leader must have a deep understanding of the target audience and be able to develop effective strategies to reach them.

The ideal candidate will have experience scaling demand generation and digital growth, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to manage small, high-impact teams.

A data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools is essential for success in this role.

Purpose of the Role

To lead and scale the marketing function, driving brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Execute Growth Roadmap – Build a marketing strategy aligned to growth, retention, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead & Inspire – Mentor a small, agile team, fostering creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Brand Positioning – Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate the company in the market.
  • Demand Generation – Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Pipeline Alignment – Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Customer Advocacy – Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Data & ROI – Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
