About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Programmatic Media Manager to oversee the entire client campaign lifecycle, from deciphering project briefs to executing high-value deals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deal Setup & Audience Build:
    • Built audience segments across multiple platforms based on client specifications
    • Automatically generated PMP Deal IDs
    • Crafted inventory packages aligned with target segments
  • Technical Configuration & QA:
    • Implemented and verified ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs
    • Conducted campaign QA and secured internal approval
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting (SSP/DSP):
    • Configured, tested, and troubleshooted SSP integrations and inventory feeds
    • Deployed deals into DSP seats and monitored setup errors
    • Troubleshooted issues across DSPs and SSPs
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitored live campaign metrics and produced reports
    • Adjusted bids, caps, and inventory to optimize performance
  • Margin Management:
    • Tracked campaign margins and proposed optimizations to protect profitability
  • Client Support & Escalations:
    • Provided first-line technical support and escalated complex issues
  • Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Researched and documented new techniques
    • Shared best practices and trained peers
    What You Bring
    • 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Programmatic Trading
    • Deep expertise with DSPs and SSPs
    • Proficiency in ad tags, pixels, tracking URLs, bid strategies, and QA processes
    • Strong troubleshooting skills across the ecosystem
    • Commercial acumen for balancing performance and margin
    • Excellent communication skills for technical translation
