Key Responsibilities:- Customize the ERP system to meet specific departmental and business process needs.
- Develop and implement custom modules, workflows, and reports within the ERP system.
- Integrate the ERP system with other business applications and systems for seamless data flow and process automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they are effectively utilizing the ERP system.
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customizing and integrating ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and ERP framework.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and ORM.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
