Job Description

We're seeking a NetSuite Developer to join our Enterprise Applications team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with business partners, technology architects, and system analysts to implement the enterprise applications product roadmap. You'll apply your technical and functional knowledge to analyze system issues, perform bug triage, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to find solutions.

As an application engineer, you'll be responsible for documenting detailed processes, performing systems configuration, scripting, bug fixes, testing, implementation, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.

  • Work closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps, and goals.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to define associated system requirements and solutions.
  • Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and integrations within NetSuite and connected systems.
  • Proactively identify potential solutions and present them to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts, and end-user representatives.
  • Work with various teams to investigate finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information & Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a technical or techno-functional role.
  • Strong understanding of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Experience with building web services integrations (REST/SOAP).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties.
