The RoleOur mission is to become the most thoughtful brand globally for the Asian female consumer. We seek a strategic CRM Manager to lead our customer engagement, retention, and loyalty efforts through data-driven campaigns and platform optimization.
- Customer-obsessed, creating impactful brand-building experiences
- Experience managing loyalty or membership programs in retail or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation programs
- Analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize performance
- Experience managing vendors and evaluating marketing tech tools
- A strong collaborator and effective communicator
- Develop and execute CRM and Loyalty strategy across channels
- Stay updated on martech trends to improve CRM strategy and tools
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights
- Manage CRM vendor partnerships and lead platform evaluations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Proven experience leading a team
