Business Growth Strategist

  • Identify, contact, and qualify prospects via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and business owners through strategic Zoom meetings and confident presentations.
  • Manage CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Hit weekly KPIs and revenue goals through targeted sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the HR industry.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong sales discipline and follow-up mentality to drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated and experienced in working remotely with minimal supervision.
