As a Package Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients by delivering high-quality solutions and serving as a trusted business advisor. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation Management, will enable you to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Solution Delivery: Working across technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs.
  • Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and working with the latest technologies.

With no required education level specified, we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about driving business transformation and improving client outcomes. Preferred education includes a Bachelor's Degree. Proficiency in internal and external Time Management integrations, Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting skills for SuccessFactors solutions are also essential for this role.
