The ideal candidate will design tailored IT project proposals that meet client needs and align with MSP best practices. They will source hardware, software, and services with a focus on cost-effectiveness and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design customized IT project proposals that meet client requirements and adhere to MSP standards
  • SOURCE hardware, software, and services with a focus on financial efficiency and profitability
  • Utilize tools like QuoteWerks and internal documentation systems to create solid solution designs
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Monitor project KPIs, help refine operational standards, and continually enhance technical skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical training with certifications
  • Proven experience in an MSP or IT services environment
  • Skilled in structured project planning and ticket lifecycle management
  • Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Technically curious, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
