As a senior SAP consultant, you will be responsible for serving as a trusted business advisor, leveraging your expertise in SAP Accelerate delivery methodology to meet client needs.

  • Strategic SAP Solution Focus: Collaborate with clients to design, develop, and implement SAP solutions that meet their requirements for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
  • Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Work closely with clients to develop strategies and implement solutions, utilizing your knowledge of SAP and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation Management. Additionally, experience with internal and external Time Management integrations, as well as knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, is essential.
