Job Description

As a Business Intelligence & Data Analysis Lead, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement in the market by leveraging data.

  • Measure and analyze business performance using data.
  • Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and identify areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with management and operational teams to dive deep into core issues and use data to find answers.
  • Develop and roll out effective products/services and expand data for richer insights.
  • Monitor key metrics and alert the business on potential issues.
  • Analyze operational efficiency and build business models to guide decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's/master degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, or business/marketing management is required. Additionally, 8-10 years of experience in big data analysis and business model analysis, along with independent thought and insight, are necessary.

  • Experience managing teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to perceive opportunities from mass data.
  • Expertise in SQL and basic analytical tools like SAS, SPSS, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English is required.
