We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Support Analyst. This position plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional client service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer support tickets and ensure timely updates
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, including SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs
  • Collaborate with utility clients to deliver the best outcomes
  • Provide after-hours/holiday support when required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support
  • Linux OS support and network administration knowledge
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
