About Our Client Service Team

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled client service representative to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time permanent, overnight, work-from-home position that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and text message in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to clients' needs and addressing their concerns with empathy and understanding.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and data entry for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client groups.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
