Job Overview

This role involves training individuals to excel in a call center setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions for trainees.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and other leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify training needs and develop tailored plans based on operational goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and implement improvements.
  • Monitor trainees' performance, provide guidance & feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in training/handling a team in any field.
  • Teaching background.
  • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective leadership, team building, organizational, and management abilities.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in Zoom functions.
