Customer Service Training Specialist

This role involves training individuals to excel in a call center setting.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver effective training sessions for trainees.
- Collaborate with colleagues, managers, and other leaders to achieve business objectives.
- Identify training needs and develop tailored plans based on operational goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and implement improvements.
- Monitor trainees' performance, provide guidance & feedback, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and program effectiveness.
- Proven experience in training/handling a team in any field.
- Teaching background.
- Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective leadership, team building, organizational, and management abilities.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
- Knowledgeable in Zoom functions.
