Customer Experience Specialist


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide product information and make recommendations to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires sitting/standing for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
