Construction Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preconstruction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Provide technical oversight of project execution.
  • Review plans and propose value-engineered alternatives.
  • Establish contract setup (JCT).
  • Manage post-contract project coordination including CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.
  • Coordinate handover processes, operation and maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
