About the role

Join Nawa Construction Company as a full-time Construction Driver based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Construction Driver, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel necessary for the successful completion of construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Safely operate and maintain a range of commercial vehicles, including trucks, vans, and other construction-specific transport
  2. Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and personnel to various construction sites
  3. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and road-worthiness
  4. Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols
  5. Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles as needed
  6. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
  7. Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 5 years of experience as a commercial vehicle driver, preferably in a construction or logistics setting
  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and safe handling practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
