Transformative Automation Specialist

We are seeking a visionary automation specialist to join our service operations team, driving operational transformation through process redesign and targeted automation.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in business process design, policy development, and automation strategy to drive groundbreaking results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement future-state workflows combining policy, process, and automation to achieve transformative change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate opportunities for radical process improvements.
  • Partner with Business Applications to ensure solution designs align with business intent.
  • Track and interpret performance metrics to evaluate initiative success and identify areas for further innovation.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in service operations, continuous improvement, or CX strategy with a proven track record of driving impactful initiatives.
  • Strong process thinking and ability to simplify complex systems, reduce handoffs, and eliminate waste.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced service environments and a vision for their transformative potential.
  • Comfortable leading discovery, facilitation, and cross-functional problem solving with a focus on groundbreaking solutions.
