  • Collaborate closely with executive leaders on technology planning and budgeting.

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate IT-related contracts.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to IT personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • A strong background in managing enterprise systems, retail POS, infrastructure, and IT support.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple locations, including warehouse tech operations.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with local leadership and international stakeholders.
