Global Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role involves handling incoming online inquiries, assisting with bookings, cancellations, and changes, and resolving service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat and email
- Assisting customers with booking, cancellation, and change requests
- Resolving service issues and coordinating with stakeholders
- Interacting with suppliers to meet customer needs and achieve high customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, flexible working hours, and experience with various computer software, including Gmail and Google Docs.
Additional requirements include:
- Strong proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-driven and motivated individual with a fast learning curve
