Customer Support Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner, and developing subject matter expertise in all areas of B2C products, systems, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to handle and resolve queries within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Elevate and liaise with internal teams to investigate issues and find resolutions
  • Develop deep understanding of B2C products, systems, and processes, ensuring customer-centric decision-making
  • Identify trending issues, escalate concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in CS environment, preferably B2C
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and methodical approach to problem-solving
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and take corrective actions
Favorable Skills/Experience:
  • Knowledge of general operations within financial services/Fintech
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk or similar CRM
  • Understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
