As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our services.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and assistants, ensuring client satisfaction and success with our products and services. Your primary goal will be to build trust through regular communication and proactive support.
This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify new avenues for service expansion and adapt to changing client needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve great outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders to create exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and assistants
- Ensure client satisfaction and success with our products and services
- Build trust through regular communication and proactive support
- Identify growth opportunities and address customer issues promptly and effectively
- Facilitate onboarding process for new customers and provide comprehensive support
- Establish clear expectations and success metrics with clients
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and development teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success in the B2B realm
- Adept at fostering and managing relationships with US-based B2B clients
- Experience engaging with top-tier clients (C+-level) with executive-level communication
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive progress
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that build trust and create exceptional client experiences
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
