Customer Success Representative

As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive maximum value from our services.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding process for new customers and provide comprehensive support
  • Establish clear expectations and success metrics with clients
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product and development teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success in the B2B realm
  • Adept at fostering and managing relationships with US-based B2B clients
  • Experience engaging with top-tier clients (C+-level) with executive-level communication
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive progress
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that build trust and create exceptional client experiences
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
