Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responding to customer inquiries via live chat; Providing accurate and timely information about products and services; Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex cases when necessary; Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of experience in live chat customer support
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in help desk software and other remote support tools
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • At least 1 year of experience as Team Leader/Supervisor or equivalent
