
A Dedicated Customer Advocate

- Act as the primary contact for customers post-sales, conducting a thorough onboarding and education process to ensure they get the most out of our platform.
- Prepare accounts to be billable by setting up customers for success, including introducing them to our virtual assistants and ensuring they have access to our platform.
- Build goal plans with customers focused on short- and long-term growth goals, identifying ways our platform can support those objectives.
- Proactively manage relationships between our virtual assistants and assigned clients, including regular check-ins, ad-hoc calls, and monitoring customer usage through our proprietary web tool.
- Manage all inbound customer communications, organizing and escalating issues appropriately.
- Understand our platform's offerings and value proposition, communicating it clearly to customers to promote upgrades, upsells, and referrals.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least one year of experience in client relationship management and/or project management.
- Experience with process implementation is a plus but not required.
- Comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools like Zoom and Google Meet.
- Understanding of online software (SaaS) services and technology-based solutions.
- Knowledge of goal development and implementation.
- Positive attitude with a desire to contribute to the company's success and ability to remain professional under pressure.
