Job Title: Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor

The role of the Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor is pivotal in fostering a culture of psychological safety, emotional resilience, and overall mental health within the workplace.

  • Deliver one-on-one sessions to support employee well-being, incorporating stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills.
  • Facilitate small-group sessions to foster healthy working relationships and social connections, providing a psychologically safe space for peer support.
  • Provide timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, offering same-day crisis intervention assistance as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Individual Well-Being Sessions
  • Conduct monthly or on-demand 1:1 well-being sessions to cater to diverse team dynamics and feedback from Team Leads or the wellbeing team.
  • Implement stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills into individual sessions, ensuring effective support for employees.
Group Sessions
  • Organize monthly small-group sessions focusing on peer support in a psychologically safe environment, tailored to specific team needs and feedback.
  • Deliver training sessions, including onboarding, well-being, and resiliency training, ensuring compliance with prescribed timeframes and formats.
Training & Development
  • Develop and deliver group training sessions covering essential topics such as well-being and resiliency, incorporating insights gained from wellbeing team members.
  • Facilitate additional approved ad-hoc training sessions, adapting to emerging team requirements and interests.
Observation & Support
  • Engage in regular floor walks to monitor team performance, provide guidance, and address any concerns that may arise during these interactions.
