The Role

We're seeking mental health professionals for a crucial position in our team, where they will provide timely support and help us reach more people worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer empathetic responses to hotline calls, texts, and chats.
  • Engage callers effectively using established scripts and best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through open communication channels.
  • Utilize organizational systems to track client information and coordinate follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients' needs.
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should ideally possess:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience working as a helpline responder.
  • Training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy or its equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A Master's degree in Psychology is preferred.
  • Excellent English language skills, with proficiency in Tagalog also desirable.
  • A willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve and develop.
