Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst to support our Inventory Planning and Procurement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchasing, vendor relationships, order tracking, contract management, payment processing, and generate reports for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop effective communication strategies and maintain good business relations with vendors.
  • Monitor payments to ensure vendors and agents are paid accurately and on time.
  • Participate in the development of procurement plans, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related field with quantitative background.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in procurement involving purchase orders, data analysis, and inventory planning.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
