Procurement Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team.

  • Job Summary
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to support the Operations Director in designing and running a global end-to-end inventory intelligence platform.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a single-source-of-truth across key supply chain nodes, reconciling variances daily. They will also proactively chase stakeholders for ETAs, logistics documentation and exceptions; escalate delays before they block operational activity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data consistency across all supply chain nodes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement dynamic procurement models to support strategic decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as economics or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply-chain or inventory roles supporting high-performance teams.
  • Advanced Excel modelling and data visualisation skills.
  • Persistent phone and email follow-up skills.
