About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Supply Chain Head to lead and oversee our procurement, warehouse, and logistics operations for our growing food and beverage business. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination of supply chain activities, cost-efficient purchasing, and timely delivery of goods across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and dispatch
  • Lead and monitor logistics and distribution processes to ensure on-time delivery
  • Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers to ensure quality and cost-efficiency
  • Establish supply chain KPIs and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate with production, operations, and finance teams to forecast and align supply needs
  • Optimize supply chain workflows for efficiency and sustainability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles (preferably in food and beverage or FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of procurement, warehousing, and distribution best practices
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in inventory software and ERP systems is an advantage
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
