We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Manager.

About the Role:

This key position is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain function, ensuring seamless operations across all channels. You will identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance logistics performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Oversight: Manage order management platforms and integration tools to ensure smooth transaction flows and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Strategize end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Logistics Coordination: Understand relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Process Optimization: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
  • Vendor Liaison: Understand relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and external partners alongside the Supply Chain team to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data, KPIs, and performance metrics to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management.
  • A minimum of 5 years' leadership/ people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Experience with Helium10.
